Research and Manufacturing Unit:
Organic synthesis laboratories: we use all traditional and novel methodologies  to synthesize compounds, such as drug candidates, intermediates and analytical standards. Purification of organic compounds is carried out through  chromatography techniques; quality is assured through NMR, MS and HPLC techniques.
Biotechnology laboratory: we are equipped for the cloning, expression and purification of recombinant proteins in E.coli.
Bioinformatics: we manage virtual screening, docking and molecular dynamics for the structure based drug design.
Research Management: we research new innovative molecules to be used for the development of pharmaceutical, diagnostic and cosmetic products for different therapeutic areas, such as Oncology, Inflammatory diseases, Ocular diseases, Oral care and Photoaging. We focus on the implementation of the organization's research  programs building partnerships and relationships with the scientific community.
Products and Services: we offer a wide range of recombinant proteins and antibodies, and services for  the drug-discovery, supplying our products to a worldwide customer network. We also help our customer managing their problems for the correct product use.

Development Unit:
Business Development: thanks to our business network we liaise with many firms and scientific entities worldwide. We are always open to new collaborations to widen our competences and business relationships.
Preclinical development: we manage the preclinical development of our product portfolio. We design, synthesize and  test compounds for our drug discovery programs.  We deal with grant applications, publications and patent submissions as well as we present studies effectively at internal group/department, project team research meetings and to potential investors.

The ideal Senior manager has a degree in the scientific field and a post-graduate specialization (PhD or MBA) or  a 5+ years experience in the business field.

The Junior manager has a 3+2 years degree in economics.

The ideal researcher candidate has a PhD degree in Biology, Chemistry or related subjects.
The ideal laboratory technician has a 3-years (or 3+2 years) degree in Chemistry, Biology or related fields.
